Health district sues Sutter over transferred $120 million
Now that Sutter Health has returned control over Marin General Hospital to its owner, the Marin Healthcare District, the district is making good on an earlier threat to sue Sutter. The suit is over Sutter’s transfer of $120 million out of Marin General into the Sutter Health network over the past four years.
