    I have been doing all the moves of Winsor Pilates for 5 years now and to tell you the truth, this got to be the ONLY thing that workout for my body! 10/10.

    You can feel it deffinately…but please people, try the beginner level first !!!!!!!!! this is the advanced version and you could hurt your back.. trust me!!!I’m a pilates trainer..

    it works!!… i been trying this three times a weak for a month, and i can tell this workout really works… keep doing it and every time is easier…

    I would take bouth 1+2, 2 times. 40 mins is at okay days workout…

    phew…i can quite believe dramatic results..

    both exercises combined only take 20 mins, but what a 20mins! I might try doing just the 10 to start! lol
