I randomly came upon your Wikipedia page today. Before I did I didn’t know much about you except that you played Zach on Bones, so when I found out that you were 35, gay, and living with Bipolar Disorder I was in for quite a shock.
I’m glad your meds evened out, it took me 4 years to get a grip on my depression.
Wow that makes you even more of my acting hero im just a kid and i sent you some emails how happy i am that you have made it this far it wont let me comment on my account so my friend is letting me tell you. You are amazing!

I think I am in Love….But you have a ton of male fans.
Hey Eric … I just wanted to let you know that this video that you made has been one of the things that’s kept me going and looking for treatment. There are times when I’ve felt so bad and needed any kind of support that I could find, and knowing that there are people out there going through similar things as me has meant more to me than you can imagine. Thank you so much for making this, and I hope that I will soon have as much control over my symptoms as you do.
Hey, I just started watching Bones on my Netflix and really enjoyed it and your work on that show. I must say I began noticing a change in your behavior by the ending of the third season, and felt that there was something either bothering you or your character. Then just now I checked you up on Wikipedia and discovered you had made this video. I hope since you’ve made this video in 2009 you have a better grasp on your emotions.
You are very brave. God! Bipolar and you had to carry on a career?! Jeez I really hope you are not depressed at this very moment.
Man, you’re so brave. Thanks for open up this way. You’re an influence Eric. You’ve got my support dude. Some love from Argentina.

Take care and i hope you continue to reamin true to yourself.

You are a major inspiration! I didn’t know you were that old, you look so much younger!! Good luck with everything, you are an amazing person!
*hugs* You are so brave and so inspiring for doing this. I miss you on Bones.
I have several in-laws who suffer from bi-polar disorder. My 12yr old son also has it. It is a very difficult illness to deal. Props to you for talking about it.
bipolar is ruining my life, i wish i could handle every day life like a normal person and not freak out, i could be feeling normal walking to the shop and be depressed walking home
It’s really awesome of you to share that with so many people. I hope everything is going well.
