i think there tops seem to be like sport bras or maybe there tops are very tight so maybe thats why there breast arent moving to much actually no homo but in part 1 when they were close up i was thinking that there boobs r pretty big for being so small bodys. U know? lol so thats why im thinking there breast arent moving on the shoulder shimmy.Cause i have medium size breast an they moved alot also an there breast are defin bigger than mine. haha ok im done.

i never made their weight an issue i follow all their videos, but i would have to say they are on the skinny side prolly the lowest acceptable weight they are almost petite, petite women look bigger more easily than regular size women so if they look balanced it’s cus of that ,anyways they taught me most of what i know of dance so i am grateful they made it easy..

the shoulders movements are hard specially the shimmy but beside that i like this
i do this everyday and it’s great! i feel muscles in my stomach and legs and ass
and i dont think they are skinny at all. Did you see the hips? they’re JUST perfect
i’m always complaining about skinny chick and these girls arn’t skinny, they’re at a good weight its just they’re flat in the lower body so it makes them look skinny

Wow i thought this was just something fun to do but it REALLY IS exercise…I LOVE THIS…~learning for my husband…~wink~*~ wink*~
Shoulders tend to hurt and you can be doing it right but if it feels like your straining yourself you might want to find try doing the shoulders softer and don’t over work yourself. And it doesn’t matter how big your breast size is to do a shoulder shimmy. But it is natural for your breast to shake during a shoulder shimmy, you just can’t help that.
@ctswright Well they don’t have that much breasts to shake. I guess that’s why. 0_0

These vid are soooo helpful!! But my arms & shoulders started hurting real bad trying to do that shimmy… Is that suppose to happen the first few times or am I just doing this wrong?
ive danced for many years and this is really not too different from your basic dance warmup with all the isolations. it really is great exercise but seriously, how in the hell are their breasts not moving more with all that shimming? mine are a movin, lol
