Many thanks and its great to hear from someone who also looks so healthy and obviouly practises what he teaches. I don’t mind the spotty skin and bad breath that happens during a detox, but I really dislike the headaches.I am starting an 8 day mild cleanse, fruit, juice and broth..but no fasting..yet
when i get a headache i dont even take anything for it jus drink a lot of water and sleep…dont like those drugs(tylenol) in my system,not natural.

Appreciate your videos. I am one of those who have no insurance therefore I am forced to be my own doctor – I have alot left to learn to take care of myself but being in a country without the benefit of medical help no choice is left. My concern is if anything major happens I might not be able to fix myself. Currently I am keeping my eyes open for any countries that would accept medical refugees from a country like the U.S. with substandard medicine – we are ranked 37th in the world.
I just started the Herbalife cleansing. I hope that will cleanse my body of these toxins.
